Facility Services Coordinator

This position will perform routine maintenance, preventive maintenance and general repairs for the Company’s physical facilities in addition to coordinating with outside vendors on assigned projects and repairs. Position is based at the main office in Fort Wayne, but will assist at other clinic locations as needed. Must have skill in using precision tools. Knowledge of construction standards, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and general mechanical functions desired. At least two years of prior facility maintenance experience preferred. Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8a-5p. May need to respond to building emergencies outside those hours.

Appointment Scheduler

We are looking for someone with clear and friendly phone skills to assist callers/patients with scheduling clinical office services and obtaining initial registration data. Must be able to accurately capture and communicate multiple details in a conversation. Prior scheduling experience in a medical office or training as a medical assistant desired. Full-time, Mon-Fri, 8a-5p. Option to work a hybrid of remote and onsite schedule once fully trained.

Receptionist (Saturday)

We are seeking a friendly individual to assist our front desk team in delivering outstanding customer service to our patients and visitors. Responsibilities include patient check-in, registration, scheduling and checkout. Must be courteous, professional, detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks in a busy environment. Based in Fort Wayne. Prior patient registration experience in a medical office and/or certification as a Medical Assistant desired. Part-time, Saturday 6:45a to 7p/clinic close. Can be every Saturday or 2 to 3 Saturdays per month.

Clinical Assistant (CMA, CCMA, RMA, PTA, CPhT or ATC)

As a vital member of our patient care team our Clinical Assistants provide support to Physicians, Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants in our clinical office setting. Duties include patient intake, assessment, suture/staple removal, post-op care, assisting with injections or small office procedures, diagnostic scheduling, EHR documentation, room turnover, and monitoring supplies. Many learning and growth opportunities! Position is based in Fort Wayne and may travel to satellite clinics with a physician as needed. Must possess clinical certification/licensure; Medical Assistant, Physical Therapy Assistant, Pharmacy Tech or Athletic Trainer preferred. Two full-time schedule available: Monday-Friday (typically 8a-5p) or 3 days per week 7am to 7pm/clinic close with a rotating Saturday at our main office or Dupont clinic every six weeks.

DME Fitter/Clinical Assistant (ATC, CMA, CCMA, RMA)

We have an opportunity available for an individual who enjoys working with patients one-on-one to measure and fit their needs for durable medical equipment (DME) and assist with clinical care. Duties include patient education on the use and care of DME products, assisting with DME inventory, patient intake, assessment, suture/staple removal, post-op care, assisting with injections or small office procedures, diagnostic scheduling, EHR documentation, room turnover, and monitoring clinical supplies. Many learning and growth avenues! Position will be based at our main office, but may assist at satellite clinics as needed. Must be certified/licensed as a Medical Assistant or Athletic Trainer. Full-time, Mon-Fri, hours will be consistent with clinic activities.

Health Information Specialist

We are seeking a detailed individual to perform processes specific to patient records. Duties include scanning & indexing incoming documents, processing release of information (ROI) requests, obtaining patient intake information, transferring completed dictations into the electronic health record, editing transcribed documents for accuracy and typing internal dictations. Experience with medical records, ROI and medical terminology preferred. Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm.
